The shooting of Tarnished Claddagh has officially wrapped, and it was an incredibly exhilarating and fulfilling experience. As the team arrived on the beach for the first day of shooting, the sun was just peeking out over the horizon. The early morning light provided a perfect backdrop for the first set of shots, capturing the breathtaking scenery of the beach before it became crowded with people. This scene is one of the most emotional parts of the film, and having the vast emptiness of the ocean as a backdrop set our actors right into the scene.
Once the beach shoot was wrapped up, the team moved on to shoot scenes inside a bedroom and kitchen. These two spaces were sets we as a production team built just for this movie. We remodeled one room into a cozy vintage farmhouse bedroom, and turned a modern kitchen into a room out of the past. The original plan was to shoot these scenes at a farm house, however, the location backed out on us at the last minute, so we renovated two rooms in three days, and the results are amazing!

At the end of each of our interior shoot days, we'd take the drive to our barn location, where we'd shoot more exterior action, as well as all of the scenes with our film's mysterious creature.
Although it was challenging at times, the team worked well to capture perfect shots. Tarnished Claddagh has a few scenes with a horse, so we faced a few challenges getting the horse we were working with - Toby - to stay in frame. Luckily for us, Toby enjoyed the carrots we brought, and we were able to get the shots we needed.

Throughout the weekend, the entire team worked tirelessly to bring the story of Tarnished Claddagh to life. The trailer for the film is set to drop soon, and the team is eagerly anticipating its release! We can't wait for everyone to see what we've created. We worked to create something special, and the result is a beautiful film that is going to captivate and enchant audiences everywhere.
